Hyundai is launching its first hydrogen based car named as Hyundai NEXO. Lets explore its price, specifications, features and much more…

●The hydrogen in the car act as a generator. The hydrogen not runs the car, it only provides electricity to the electric motor and that motor drives the car. Like in hybrid cars also the electric motor runs the car most of the time.

●The most interesting thing in this car is that the hydrogen can be fully filled in around 5 minutes only and you can drive around 600 km in that full tank of hydrogen. Which is quite impressive and good range as well as fast refueling.

●The main drawbacks of electric cars is that it takes huge time to charge the vehicle like 5-6 hours which is quite high time and the range is also less in most of the electric vehicles. So the hydrogen based cars may take over them but it all depends on the price of these hydrogen based cars.

●There is no noise from the engine of the car and also less/no pollution.

●This Hyundai NEXO was showcased recently in Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 in New Delhi PRAGATI MAIDAN.

●The car manufacturers are ready with their hydrogen based cars but India is not ready till date as the infrastructure is not built yet. As soon as government will take action on this these infrastructure matters then these type of cars will start launching in INDIA.

Around 700 PSI Pressure is needed which is currently not easily available in India but soon Hydrogen infrastructure will improve in India.

●Price Estimation- The exact price of the car has not been revealed in India but it may be more expensive then HYUNDAI IONIQ 5 Electric as hydrogen cars will be expensive than normal electric cars.

●The normal Hyundai NEXO Petrol is priced at around 65 Lakhs approx. (Ex-Showroom) so the hydrogen one will be obviously more than 65 lakhs.

There may be some changes in the Indian specifications and US Specifications of the car.

TOYOTA NEW WATER ENGINE ALL DETAILS

Toyota is not interested in following the trend of other car companies but they make their own trend. Lets explore TOYOTA NEW WATER ENGINE FULL DETAILS…

Toyota’s main focus is only on Innovation. Because of this innovative approach only Toyota launched world’s first hybrid electric car in 1990 itself named as Toyota Prius.

But there were both positives and negatives in Toyota Prius.

Toyota founded some flaws in this hybrid electric engine which were:-

●EVs are considered eco-friendly as they emit zero carbon emissions. But to charge these vehicles we need electricity which comes from burning coal, Diesel and natural gases.

●The batteries in EVs are mostly made of lithium, cobalt or nickel. Because of which more and more fossil fuel is getting burned and harming the environment.

So EV vehicles are not saving the environment that much and hence Toyota discontinued its car “Prius” and focused more on improving its combustion engine cars only.

Another option is of Hydrogen based cars but it also have some flaws like Hydrogen is highly inflammable gas which increases the risk of blasting also. It can also create fires and explosions.

But Toyota discovered that pure hydrogen is dangerous but what if we convert it into impure form then things can work in much better way and nature of the hydrogen can also be changed.

Earlier also some people have tried to make cars with which can run only on water. In 1980 a person named Stanley Meyers from United States tried to make car that can run on water and was successful also in this, This car run about 180kms on 4-lires of water. But when other car manufacturers got to know about this they killed him. After that no one was able to find that car and that design or strategy.

Many other people tried water engines but there was some or other problems and flaws connected with it. Like in 2018 in India college students from Nagpur modified a car to run on limestone and water.

There are 2 major problems in this water based engines.

●The combination of water and car fuel tank is irrevelant as whenever the water will come in contact with metal it will either rust it or destroy it.

●If calcium carbide dissolved with water, Calcium oxide and acetylene gas will be formed because of which will destroy the fuel tank.

Now Toyota worked hard to crack this as they want to make water based engines from a very long time but they got failed at every movement. But Toyota never lose hope they keep searching for different ideas.

Now Toyota collected all positive things of all the engines like EV engine, Hydrogen engine and Water engine.

So Toyota made full set up of hydrogen fuel station directly in the car, no need to visit fuel stations for hydrogen. Because of which instead of inflammable hydrogen there will be pure water.

That means it will be combination of both water and Hydrogen which will also be safe to use.

Can water engine replace EV engines??

This idea of water engines by Toyota is at conceptual stage only and is just a prototype. If everything goes right TOYOTA will very soon launch its first water fueled car.

The affordability of these car will also decide how much competition it can give to EV cars.

By this Toyota also gives message to all that everyone have to face consequences and struggle in life. We have to face failures in life instead of hiding from failures. We should better try to figure out the solution of the problem and not of losing out our mind.
